All my astrological services are based on principles of Vedic Astrology. This is an interpretative subject and there are no guarantees on accuracy. Hence, these services have no legal or contractual significance.

Your session/workshop will be confirmed once the payment has been received. If you wish to reschedule the sessions, and/or attend a subsequent workshop, pls let me know 1 week ahead of the scheduled date, and we can do so based on mutually convenient dates and times.

My sessions are held in person or over an online platform such as Microsoft Teams, Skype or Zoom. You may record the sessions for your reference. Sessions are of 45-60 minutes duration each, and may go beyond the set duration. If you are booking a 30-minute session, then these will be 20-30 minutes each. 

Pls update your calendar with the dates and times of your sessions, and set an alarm if need be, as there will be no reminders or follow up messages from my side.

You may cancel by informing me one week before the date of the reading, or two weeks before a workshop. In such cases I will refund your payment after deducting any bank fees and/or exchange rate charges that I may have incurred.

I cannot process refunds for late cancellations (less than one week before the reading, or less than two weeks before a workshop) or due to delays caused by force majeure. 

Being late (arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled day and time) will be considered a no-show unless duly intimated. I cannot process a refund or reschedule such sessions. 

Webinars are meant to be viewed only by the person paying for them, and may not be shared with anyone else. Cancellations and refunds on webinars are not possible at this time.

If I cannot deliver the services that you have purchased from me for any reason, then I will refund you in full.

Refunds where applicable, will be processed in the original mode of payment, and will be credited in 7-10 working days. 

I may use your email address and phone number to share updates of my services and workshops with you. If you do not wish to receive these messages, let me know and I will unsubscribe you from my mailing lists. Rest assured, I will not be sharing your contact details with any third parties under any circumstance.

I may use your birth details during the course of my own study and research in Vedic Astrology. If you wish to be excluded from this, please let me know. However, be assured that I will not be sharing your birth details with any third parties under any circumstance. 

Jurisdiction of disputes is limited to Bangalore, India.
