All my astrological services are based on the principles of Vedic Astrology. This is an interpretative subject and there are no guarantees of accuracy. These services have no legal or contractual significance.
Your session or workshop will be confirmed once I receive your payment.
Sessions are held in person or online (Microsoft Teams, Skype, or Zoom). You may record the session for your own use. Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes (or 20–30 minutes for a 30-minute booking) but may go beyond the set time.
Please update your calendar with your session dates and times, and set reminders if needed. I do not send reminders or follow-ups.
Being late by more than 10 minutes without notice will be treated as a no-show. Such sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Webinars are meant only for the person who paid for them and must not be shared. Cancellations or refunds for webinars are not possible.
The operational address is 1st Floor, Aurelec, Auroville, TN 605101, India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Auroville, India.

Refund Policy

You may cancel by informing me at least one week before your session, or two weeks before a workshop. I will refund your payment after deducting any bank fees, taxes or exchange rate charges I have incurred.
Late cancellations (less than one week for a session, or less than two weeks for a workshop) cannot be refunded.
If I cannot deliver the service you purchased for any reason, I will refund you in full. Refunds will be processed in the original payment mode and credited within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Policy

All services, including consultations, webinars, workshops, and courses, are delivered digitally or conducted in person.
Session links, workshop details, and access to course content are sent via email or WhatsApp after payment.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
If there is any delay in receiving session links or course materials, contact me directly at vikram@allthingsvedic.in.
For retreats or workshops, details about venue, timing, and what to bring will be shared in advance.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and stay unless explicitly included in the offering.
No physical shipping is involved for any product or service offered through this website.

I may use your email and phone number to share updates about my services and workshops. If you do not wish to receive these, let me know and I will unsubscribe you from my mailing lists. Your contact details will never be shared with any third parties.
I may use your birth details for my own study and research in Vedic Astrology. If you wish to be excluded from this, please let me know. I will never share your birth details with any third party.

Learning Programs

If you are signing up for a learning program

Practice before reading charts of others: Students are requested not to read (or even see the) charts for others until they have completed a supervised practice session with me. For this, I will share my birth details and expect you to give me a live reading. This helps build confidence and ensures you are ready to take on the responsibility of reading charts for others.
Webcam on, mic off: Keeping your video on during live sessions is strongly encouraged. It supports engagement, improves learning, and helps build connection within the group.
Attendance: Live attendance is encouraged for students who wish to receive certification. If you are not applying for certification, you may choose to learn through recordings. Occasional absence is understandable, but otherwise consistent participation is encouraged.
Use of course material: All videos, recordings, and course materials are provided strictly for personal learning. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without prior permission.
Access to live sessions & recordings: Access to live sessions and recordings is limited to the enrolled participant only. Sharing access with others, in any form, is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the material remains protected.
Community Conduct (WhatsApp Groups): Students will be added to WhatsApp groups for learning and discussion. These spaces are meant for meaningful engagement related to the program. Please be mindful of what you share and avoid unrelated content.
Financial commitment: The program follows a sliding scale based on trust. You are expected to choose a contribution that reflects your capacity, without misuse of the model. Once agreed upon, your commitment stands, and a seat is reserved for you based on this agreement. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. In case of non-payment or delays without prior discussion, I reserve the right to discontinue your participation from the program.
Credit & Acknowledgment: If you share your work publicly (articles, posts, videos, etc.) based on what you have learned in this program, please give appropriate credit to the program and to my guidance.
Learning Pace & Patience: Beyond the weekly sessions, please set aside time for self-study and reflection. This is essential for deeper understanding. This is a long-term learning journey. I am committed to teaching and guiding you through this process, and I expect a sincere commitment from your side as well. It is a gradual and layered learning process. I request your patience as concepts are introduced and built over time.
