All my astrological services are based on the principles of Vedic Astrology. This is an interpretative subject and there are no guarantees of accuracy. These services have no legal or contractual significance.
Your session or workshop will be confirmed once I receive your payment.
Sessions are held in person or online (Microsoft Teams, Skype, or Zoom). You may record the session for your own use. Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes (or 20–30 minutes for a 30-minute booking) but may go beyond the set time.
Please update your calendar with your session dates and times, and set reminders if needed. I do not send reminders or follow-ups.
Being late by more than 10 minutes without notice will be treated as a no-show. Such sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Webinars are meant only for the person who paid for them and must not be shared. Cancellations or refunds for webinars are not possible.
The operational address is 1st Floor, Aurelec, Auroville, TN 605101, India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Auroville, India.

Refund Policy

You may cancel by informing me at least one week before your session, or two weeks before a workshop. I will refund your payment after deducting any bank fees, taxes or exchange rate charges I have incurred.
Late cancellations (less than one week for a session, or less than two weeks for a workshop) cannot be refunded.
If I cannot deliver the service you purchased for any reason, I will refund you in full. Refunds will be processed in the original payment mode and credited within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Policy

All services, including consultations, webinars, workshops, and courses, are delivered digitally or conducted in person.
Session links, workshop details, and access to course content are sent via email or WhatsApp after payment.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
If there is any delay in receiving session links or course materials, contact me directly at vikram@allthingsvedic.in.
For retreats or workshops, details about venue, timing, and what to bring will be shared in advance.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and stay unless explicitly included in the offering.
No physical shipping is involved for any product or service offered through this website.

I may use your email and phone number to share updates about my services and workshops. If you do not wish to receive these, let me know and I will unsubscribe you from my mailing lists. Your contact details will never be shared with any third parties.
I may use your birth details for my own study and research in Vedic Astrology. If you wish to be excluded from this, please let me know. I will never share your birth details with any third party.
