Elements in Europe
A journey through the five Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether - to bring harmony and awareness into daily life.
akasadvayuh | vayoragnih | agnerapah | adbhyah prthivi
From space emerged air. From air was born fire. From fire was created water. From water sprang up earth (Taittiriya Upanishad 2.1.1)

The elements are the fundamental building blocks of all existence — the patterns through which life expresses itself. Everything we see, feel, and experience arises from their interplay. To understand and work with the elements is to tune into the architecture of life itself.
This retreat is a deep dive into the Vedic view of the Elements - an exploration of how they manifest within us and shape our body, mind, emotions, and choices. Through activities, reflection, dialogue, movement, and silence, you will experience how each element lives through you, and how to bring them into balance

Some things to know before you decide to participate. Please read the fine print:
-
This is process-work. There will be enough time between activities to process and integrate what may come up. ry Avoid planning calls, meetings or anything heavy during the retreat and allow the elements to work through you. It’s a time to step away from our usual routine and create space for self.
-
We will as a group respect each other’s space, being sensitive to what and how much someone whats to share. We will create space to allow processing and integration as per the need of the individual. Not everyone will want to talk or share, and that’s okay. There is no need to support or “fix” anyone. We will let each person experience the Element in their own way.
-
The facilitators will be around if you wish to talk or ask for help as you process and integrate your experiences - before, during, or even after the retreat as often the process of integration continues even after the retreat.
-
