What you will learn in Year 3
This is for those who have learned to interpret a birth chart in a structured method. Year 3 introduces advanced systems that reveal additional layers within the chart. These systems do not replace what you have already learned, but they deepen it.

Learn how Mythology, Symbolism, and direct experience can deepen your understanding of the 27 Nakshatras.
Explore the building blocks of the Nakshatras including Gana, Guna, Dosha, Orientation, Direction and Purushartha. Transform the way you interpret birth charts.

Divisional Charts (Vargas)
Go deeper into the chart with the Shodashavargas, including D9 (Navamsa), D10 (career), D7 (children), and more. Learn how to read Vargas alongside the Rasi to gain multi-layered insight.

Panchangam and Muhurtha
Decode the 5 limbs of the Panchanga, choose auspicious timings with confidence, and learn how transits interacts with the birth chart to trigger events. This will become the foundation for subsequent topics on Ashtakavarga

Tajik Shastra
Learn the foundations of Varshaphala and annual chart interpretation. Study the Sahams, Muntha and Yogas specific to Tajik Shastra. Learn how to time events within the annual chart, and apply these concepts through case studies

Retreats in sacred locations
Deepen your learning with 2 guided retreats held in North India. Participate in real-time chart reading, temple visits, and case study. These are optional and dates and locations will be finalised together with the group.

Research begins in Year 3
Alongside advanced astrology, you will begin developing the skills needed for independent research. You will learn how to ask meaningful questions, analyse charts systematically, document observations, and evaluate evidence. These skills continue into Year 4, where each learner completes an original contribution to the field.

There are two payment models. If you are enrolling for the certificate, Masters of Vedic Astrology, then it is a fixed fee of INR 75000 plus taxes if applicable.

Completing Years 3 and 4 make you eligible for a Masters in Vedic Astrology certificate, from Shree Maharshi College of Vedic Astrology. The college is registered with NITI Ayog, Government of India.
And learners who complete the Masters will be eligible to apply for the PhD pathway. The PhD is intended for those who wish to pursue original research and contribute new knowledge to Vedic Astrology. Details will be announced separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the prerequisites for this course?
This course is designed for students who have a basic understanding of Vedic astrology. Ideally, you are familiar with the foundational concepts including basic Astronomy, Navagrahas, Dualities, Modalities, Elements, the 12 Signs and Houses, the Dashavatars of Vishnu and how they are linked to the Navagrahas and basic chart reading. Knowledge of Avasthas and Shadbala is a an added advantage. If you're unsure, check with us.
Will the classes be live or recorded?
The course will be held on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, as live sessions. All sessions will recorded and provided for those who can't attend live.
How much time should I dedicate weekly to the course?
Apart than the regular 2-hour weekly calls, I recommend 1-2 hours per week on self study. This will vary depending on your experience with Vedic Astrology.
Will there be any in-person meets in the course?
Yes! The program includes 2 retreats focused to deepen your connection with Vedic Astrology. The retreats will be scheduled over the year based on mutual convenience.
Can I join if I’m not located in India?
Absolutely! This course is designed to be accessible to students worldwide. All sessions will be conducted online, and you can participate from anywhere in the world. However, the retreats wont be accessible unless you are willing to travel, as these will be in person. If for any reason you cannot attend a retreat, you can join the next time we offer the same retreat.
How do I get personal feedback on my work?
You will receive personalized feedback through class interactions, assignments, and optional 1:1 coaching sessions. You’ll also be able to ask questions and get guidance during the live sessions.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy if you feel the course isn’t a good fit for you after attending the first few sessions. Please reach out to us within this time frame, and we’ll gladly process your refund.

Program guidelines, terms and conditions
1. Practice before reading charts of others
Students are requested not to read (or even see the) charts for others until they have completed at least three supervised practice sessions with me. For this, I will share my birth details and expect you to conduct three readings. This helps build confidence and ensures you are ready to take on the responsibility of reading charts for others.
2. Webcam on, mic off
Keeping your video on during live sessions is strongly encouraged. It supports engagement, improves learning, and helps build connection within the group.
3. Attendance
Live attendance is encouraged for students who wish to receive certification. If you are not applying for certification, you may choose to learn through recordings. Occasional absence is understandable, but otherwise consistent participation is encouraged.
4. Use of course material
All videos, recordings, and course materials are provided strictly for personal learning. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without prior permission.
5. Access to live sessions & recordings
Access to live sessions and recordings is limited to the enrolled participant only. Sharing access with others, in any form, is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that the material remains protected.
6. Community Conduct (WhatsApp Groups)
Students will be added to WhatsApp groups for learning and discussion. These spaces are meant for meaningful engagement related to the program. Please be mindful of what you share and avoid unrelated content.
7. Financial commitment
The program follows a sliding scale based on trust. You are expected to choose a contribution that reflects your capacity, without misuse of the model. Once agreed upon, your commitment stands, and a seat is reserved for you based on this agreement. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. In case of non-payment or delays without prior discussion, I reserve the right to discontinue your participation from the program.
8. Credit & Acknowledgment
If you share your work publicly (articles, posts, videos, etc.) based on what you have learned in this program, please give appropriate credit to the program and to my guidance.
9. Learning Pace & Patience
Beyond the weekly sessions, please set aside time for self-study and reflection. This is essential for deeper understanding. This is a long-term learning journey. I am committed to teaching and guiding you through this process, and I expect a sincere commitment from your side as well. It is a gradual and layered learning process. I request your patience as concepts are introduced and built over time.
